In years past, when Rusty Wallace was still racing e’d not only see him at the race in Watkins Glen but we’d also go to a birthday party in his honor. Rusty is from the St Louis area. The St Louis webcam has a great shot of the Gateway Arch, as well as a pretty building that I don’t know what it is. What makes the webcam interesting is that you never know what you’ll see there.
