personalized baseball bats

My son went up the street to see his uncle. He went downstairs to see him and they hung out for a while. They played games. When he was leaving my brother showed him a baseball bat. He asked him what was so special about this bat. He said that he went to a place where they make personalized baseball bats with anyone’s name on it. This a good idea, around here we have a lot of baseball teams that perform really well. They’d make a great Christmas gift.

I love to read. I hate to buy books in a bookstore, because they’re expensive. I won’t pay full price for books and you shouldn’t either. Why should I pay the suggested price when I can easily get a discount? 95% of the time I purchase my books online. The selection online is wider than many bookstores. And the big sites offer some nice discounts, resulting in some really great prices. I usually get a couple of books, so that I qualify for free shipping.

I love to read. I’m known to curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee and not get off of the couch until the book is finished.  I also usually bring a book along when I go on a trip. I can’t afford to buy new books as often as I find ones that I’d like to read so I try to find ways to save money when I buy books. My Mom’s a big reader so sometimes we share books. I see listings for free books frequently on Freecycle. You can join groups that swap books, either in your area or online. You can buy books inexpensively such as Craigs List. Another alternative is to find a used book store. The one near my house carries all sorts of books including fiction, non-fiction, reference and Christian books. Mom and I have traded old books in for credit towards new ones many times. It saved us lots of money. Where do you buy your books?
