Adult Diapers

When most people think of diapers they immediately have a vision of a small child that would have accidents. However in some cases when a person gets older they may need adult diapers because they might have a medical condition that causes an accident too. Those people can now rest easy knowing that they can leave the house without having to worry about anything.

Pink Roses

I went to the local store the other day to buy some flowers. I’d seen an arrangement at pink roses at ProFlowers and was hoping to find something like it. They would be the perfect gift for someone to give to a special someone or even just a friend. These flowers would look good for any occasion and for any person. Some eople like to have live flowers in the home as decorate. Do you use live flowers to decorate your home?

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Everyone loves a good cupcake. This delicious treat has been a classic ever since they were used for birthdays and are now used for many occasions. There are many different types and flavors of cupcakes. My family often gets food for reviews and to give our opinions. One company sent us the best cupcakes delivered ever. My personal favorite flavor of cupcakes would be a chocolate iced cupcake. What’s your favorite kind of cupcake?

Rechargable Batteries

One way to save money and have a positive influence on the environment is through the use of rechargeable batteries. Having lots of devices in our house that use batteries, as well as a husband and two children, I can appreciate how nice it would be not to have to constantly buy batteries. Our thing is that we don’t have a lot of outlets in our house, so we wouldn’t be able to plug in more then one charger at a time. I wonder if anyone makes a big charger, something that could charge like twelve AA batteries at once.

Shoe Shelf

One of the things that people look for when searching for a house or apartment is closet space. I’ve never met anyone that raved about having little or no closet space. I see a lot of shows on television that add shoe racks and shelves to closets that they organize or make over. When they show the finished project there are lots of shoes neatly lined up. I’m guessing either they’ve never encountered anyone that wears equestrian boots or that they just stand those on the floor because they’re so much taller then regular shoes and sneakers. How do you organize your shoes?

Winter Weather Outlook Banner

A few days ago there was a special on one of our local news channels about the weather they’re expecting this winter. According to the weatherman much of the country is going to have a very severe winter, worse than those of recent past years. I remember Snowmageddon of a bit more than a year ago and can’t even imagine things being much more severe than that. Back then you just about needed crescent moon snowshoes just to step out the door, if you could step out the door. Did you see any similar news reports or forecasts for this winter in your area?

LowRider Car

I live in a resort community that gets lots of tourists. One of the things you’re sure to see on any given day around here is a hopped up car with mkw wheels. One of the owners of these cars is my brother. He seems to go through a new used car every other week. At the moment he’s driving an old BMW. I’ll bet that he’s going to do something like put mkw wheels on it. I don’t know why he insists on doing things like this because he’ll no doubt get rid of  the car soon anyway, making it a waste of money.

clearance

Do you enjoy decorating your house for holidays? I know people that decorate for every single holiday. My Mom doesn’t decorate for every one, but she does manage to do something for many of them. I wondered for a while how she afforded the decorations, until she told me her secret. She said that to get the best deals on holiday decorations she shops for them right after the holiday passes. She goes to the store on the day after the holiday, when holiday themed items are marked down. She looks for reduced price tags. I often wonder why they put actual reduced tags on things, since most stores use a retail POS system for ringing you up and not old fashioned paper and pen, or calculator. Do you look for clearance sales right after a holiday?

Yellow Gloves

I know one woman that does the dishes wearing gloves. That seems a bit extreme to me, but to each their own. I could understand using caution if handling testosterone cream for women, but dish soap? I can understand wearing gloves while cleaning. After all, some household cleaners are dangerous. I’ve heard some people say that they wear gloves while doing housework to prevent cuts and blisters. Do you wear disposable (or reusable) gloves at home? How come?

Nintendo Ds Games Picture

The terrific thing about Nintendo ds games is their size. They’re small, making them much easier to transport than things such as horse equipment. Unfortunately, their size makes them easy to misplace or lose. My son had about ten of them and somehow has managed to lose almost all of those. I’d love to find a good way to manage games. When he had all of his games we’d frequently find them strewn all over his bedroom floor. If they were thinner they could be placed onto a keyring but then kids with a lot of games would end up with something looking like a school janitor’s keyring. I know there are some wallets that hold games but they don’t hold the DS. How do you manage your child’s DS games?
